Tax, Fee & Surcharge Information
The following taxes and surcharges are billed in addition to your long distance plan rates:
- PA State Tax - 6%
- 5% PA Gross Receipts Surcharge - applied to all in-state and state-to-state long distance services
- Universal Connectivity Charge - 11.3% applied to state-to-state and international long distance usage
- Long Distance Operations Cost Recovery Fee - $3.50 per business customer account (recovers a portion of the costs for long distance call transport, regulated access fees, order verification, billing, collections, and administrative support).
