As a D&E customer, you've long had the opportunity to use our Online Bill Pay service to conveniently manage your account online. D&E's improved Online Bill Pay now lets you set up automatic payments using your bank account, debit card or credit card. Or if you prefer, you can also set up one-time payments using Quick Pay. It's faster and easier than mailing paper checks to D&E each month, there's no postage to pay, and you can access your account information anytime you'd like. Best of all, D&E's Online Bill Pay is absolutely FREE!
To complement our Online Bill Pay options, D&E launched electronic billing in January 2009. When you choose the new e-Billing option, you'll receive monthly e-mail notifications that your bill is ready for viewing online rather than in paper form through the mail. D&E also offers bill payments by phone. These services work together to help us, and you, go green and reduce paper use.
Not only do Online Bill Pay and e-Billing contribute to the responsible use of natural resources, they also provide your business with ways to save time and money by streamlining the account management process.
