Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) Policy
As your telephone service provider, we would like to share with you some important information about the privacy of your customer information and your rights to limit how that information is used by D&E Communications.
Let us assure you that we will never share information about your telephone service account outside of D&E without an affirmative written request from you. However, we would like to share information about your telephone service account with other D&E Communications companies such as D&E Jazzd Internet, D&E Long Distance, and other D&E affiliates. By sharing information between D&E companies, we may be able to offer you additional communications services tailored to meet your needs, save you money and time, and possibly make your life easier.
It is our duty under federal law to protect the confidentiality of your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), and we take that responsibility seriously. If you choose not to permit us to share your CPNI with our D&E affiliates, that will not affect the services you already receive.
You have the right to instruct us not to share your CPNI between D&E companies, which includes the types and quantities of services you receive from our company, telephone numbers called as well as the frequency, duration, and timing of such calls, and other information you have given us on applications or other forms or in the course of conducting business with our telephone company. You have the right to deny or withdraw access to your CPNI at any time. If you do not want us to share this information with our D&E affiliates, please contact us by one of the following methods:

If you permit D&E Communications to share your CPNI with our D&E affiliates, we will be able to inform you of new and competitive products/services which could be of benefit to you. Your permission will remain in force unless and until you decide to revoke it.
