D&E's Personal 800-Number service offers a convenient way for others to call you toll-free from any touchtone phone in the continental U.S. With your own 800 number, friends, relatives, clients, and students - anyone you give your number to - can call you toll-free, saving you the expense of collect calls.
This monthly charge for this service is just $2.00 for D&E Long Distance customers and $4.00 for others. Personal 800 Number calls are billed in full-minute increments. The cost-per-minute rates are as follows:
