Telephone company local dial-tone charges still apply. 5% PA Gross Receipts surcharge, Long Distance Operations Cost Recovery Fee of $0.95, and 6% state tax are additional. Universal Connectivity charge applies to Interstate and International calls.

Unlimited Plan Requirements/Limitations

Customer must be a D&E Telephone residential dial-tone customer to subscribe to this plan. The plan is for residential voice calls terminating within the contiguous United States. The plan may not be used for dialing Internet access numbers or online data services. At no time may the plan be used for commercial use or for any services besides person-to-person conversations or voice messages. The plan does not apply to the following types of calls: Calling Card, International, Personal 800 Number Service, Directory Assistance, Operator Service, and 900 numbers. D&E reserves the right to discontinue this plan to customers who exhibit calling patterns that are not typical of normal residential usage. If D&E determines the customer's usage is not consistent with normal residential usage, the customer may be subject to discontinuation of this plan or offered an alternative plan at D&E's sole discretion.

Standard Rate Plan

• Days: 8am-5pm | $0.30 per minute
• Evenings: 5pm-8am | $0.22 per minute
• Weekends: midnight Fri. - midnight Sun | $0.12 per minute
