The Family Voice Mail Package

This package has all the features of the basic package, plus many more. You can have up to 5 family or additional mailboxes, so everyone in the house can get private messages. Special features like Group Lists allow you to send one message to a group of friends quickly and easily. The Family Package also gives you extended, maximum message length of 4 minutes and a maximum of 45 messages.
Add D&E's Voice Mail MessageMe™ service to Voice Mail to have your message forwarded to an e-mail. This added feature allows you to listen to them from any computer you can access your e-mail.

Extension Mailboxes

Unlike an answering machine, D&E Voice Mail allows you to assign extension mailboxes, so that callers can leave a message for a particular person or purpose. If you want, you can assign up to three extension mailboxes for your household.

For example, you can set up your service so that callers leaving a message hear, "Please leave your message for the Martin family at the beep. Or, to leave a message for Kate, press 1. To leave a message for Tom or Carol, press 2. To RSVP to the family reunion, press 3."

Send One Message to Many People

Rather than calling each person and repeating your message, you can record a single message and deliver it to multiple mailboxes by creating a group distribution list. This feature is particularly useful for groups (sports teams, church groups, clubs, etc.), enabling you to communicate meeting times or cancellations quickly, easily, and efficiently. You can save up to 15 group distribution lists, with up to 60 addresses per list.
