Content Filtering - Uninstalling N2H2

In the transition from the current content filtering, which uses out dated filtering software, D&E Jazzd is requiring all current content filtering customers to uninstall the N2H2 Filtering software. You will need to do this before you setup the new content filtering via your browser.

Please follow the easy uninstall instructions below. You will need your administrator password that you selected for N2H2 when you set the software up the first time.

If you forgot your administrator password you will need to reinstall N2H2 in order to reset the password. Please contact tech support at 1-877-905-2993 for further assistance.

  1. Click on the Start Menu. Select Settings, and then select Control Panel. Windows XP users Click Start Menu, and select Control Panel.

  2. In Control Panel double click on Add/Remove Programs. This will display a list of all programs currently installed in the computer.

  3. Select N2H2 for home, and click on the Add/Remove button.

  4. The following window will appear.

  5. You will be required to enter the administrator password you selected for N2H2 in order to complete the uninstall process.
    NOTE – If you do not remember the administrator password you will need to call tech support (1-877-905-2993) for further instructions.

  6. Click the NEXT button. N2H2 will uninstall. Once the uninstall process is complete the following screen will be displayed.

  7. Click the finish button, and that will complete the process.
