Setting up D&E Jazzd Dial-Up Service with the CD

The D&E Jazzd software is a small front-end program that makes it easy to access your e-mail and web browser.

The software requires a PC with Windows 98 or higher. Click here for assistance setting up Macintosh and other operating systems.

Windows Vista is not compatible with the Dial-Up CD at this time. Please call customer service at 1-877-905-2993, and choose option 1, to set up an account over the phone. Please click here for the Vista walk-through or call tech support for help setting up the connection on the PC.

Note: Only use CDs marked with the codes Q-1, Q-V5 and Q-V6.

CDs marked with XP-1, NS-3, NS-4, J-6, ME-M, ME-M2, ME-M3 are outdated and are not recommended for use.
