Netscape New User Profiles

1. Double click on Mac Hard Drive ( MAC HD )

2. Double click on the Netscape 4.7 folder

   

3. Double click on the User Profile Manager.

   

4. Click on NEW

   

5. Click on NEXT

   

6. Enter your name in the Your Name field.
7. Enter you e-mail address in the E-mail Address field

   

8. Your Profile Name can be anything, but we suggest that you use your name or e-mail address.

   

9. Here you can choose the location on your hard drive for your Address Book, E-mails, and Bookmarks. We suggest that you use the default location.

10. The Outgoing Mail Server is mail.dejazzd.com

    

11. Your Mail Server User Name will be entered on the first line Example: If your e-mail address was support@dejazzd.com your Mail Server User Name would be support.dejazzd.com OR support@dejazzd.com.
    (Note: New customers & converted users as of January 3, 2006 use @dejazzd.com, users in Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas use .dejazzd.com, and all other area users use @dejazzd.com)
12. The Incoming Mail Server is mail.dejazzd.com

    

13. Your News Server is news.dejazzd.com

    

14. On this screen you can choose what icons will be placed on you desktop.

    

15. You have the option to import information from another program. If you do not have a another e-mail address you will not need to do the import

    

16. Once you have entered all of the information for your new mail profile just click on Done to exit
