Outlook 5 Additional IDs Setup
You can set up a new Identity for other users or e-mail addresses. You may also change e-mail address passwords and SPAM settings here.
- Click on File

- Click on Switch Identity

- Click on Switch

- Click on New

- Here you will enter a name for the new identity. We would suggest the name of the person or their e-mail address.
- Then click on OK

- Here you will select that you already have an e-mail account that you would like to use and click on the next arrow.

- Here you will enter your Display name. The display name is what people see in the from field when you send them an e-mail.
- Here you will enter in your e-mail address.

- On this screen you will enter in the mail server information. The incoming mail server is a POP3 server.
- Both the incoming and the outgoing mail servers are mail.dejazzd.com.

- Here you will enter in your user name (Ex. jdoe.dejazzd.com OR jdoe@dejazzd.com) and password.
(Note: New customers & converted users as of January 3, 2006 use @dejazzd.com, users in Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas use .dejazzd.com, and all other area users use @dejazzd.com) - You are also given the option to save your password. If you chose to NOT save your password you will have to type your password in each time you check your e-mail.

- On this screen you will name your account. We would suggest your e-mail address or mail.dejazzd.com
