Outlook 4.5 Mail Settings

1. Click on EDIT.

   

2. Click on PREFERENCES.

   

3. Under the ACCOUNT heading in the e-mail section, you will have to enter your account information:
   • Full name is your name.
   • E-mail address is your e-mail address.
   • The SMTP Server is smtp.dejazzd.com.
   • Account ID will be your usern ame (Ex. jdoe.dejazzd.com OR jdoe@dejazzd.com).
     (Note: New customers & converted users as of January 3, 2006, use @dejazzd.com. Users in Lancaster, York, and Harrisburg areas use .dejazzd.co; in all other areas, use @dejazzd.com.)
   • The POP Server is pop.dejazzd.com.
   If you do NOT check the Save Password box, you will be prompted to enter your password every time you check your mail
4. Once all your information is entered, .click the NEW option under E-MAIL.

   

5. Under the Accounts heading in the News section, you will enter your NEWS information.
   You can enter what you would like for the Server name. We suggest dejazzd.com News or news.dejazzd.com.
6. The Server address is news.dejazzd.com.
