Configuring Microsoft Entourage version 10 for SMTP Authentication

1. Open Entourage
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Accounts
   
4. Click on the name of your account
5. Now Click on Edit a new window will appear
   
6. The following settings will need to be changed in the Edit Account Window.

   a) In the field labeled POP server type in pop.dejazzd.com
   b) In the field labeled SMTP server type in smtp.dejazzd.com
   c) Beneth the SMTP server field Click on the area that says Click here for advanced sending options

   
   
7. Click on the box in front of "SMTP server requires authentication." A check mark will be placed in the box.
8. Make sure the Use same settings as receiving mail server is also selected.
9. Click on the Edit Account window again to make this new area disappear.
10. Click OK to close this window
11. Now close the Accounts window to finish
