Domain Name Trouble

1. I'm having problems getting emails, my customers are sending email to me and I'm not getting it; when I try to go to my website I'm getting my old web site; what's happening and how can I fix this?

This situation describes that your previous provider did not remove zone entry records for your domain on their domain name servers and you are using their domain name servers for name resolution or your customers are using their domain name servers.

To test this situation, see how your domain name is currently resolved on your existing connection.

If your domain name is hosted at D & E Jazzd and you typed 'mail.yourdomainname.gTLD' the IP address returned should be 209.173.31.2. If you see anything else or get an error message, the name is not being resolved properly.

The quick fix to fix your local machine is to change your domain name servers to D & E Jazzd
