On-Screen Caller ID

If you have D&E Caller ID on your telephone line, a small Caller ID box identifying the caller will pop up on your television screen when the phone rings.

If you have D&E Caller ID service on your telephone line, a small Caller ID box identifying the caller will pop up on your television screen when the phone rings.
The Caller ID pop-up window is defaulted to appear for 15 seconds; you can change the length of time it appears by changing Settings under Caller ID Time Out option. You can also close the window while it is active by pressing the OK button on your remote control.

 

 

Caller ID List & History

To access your the Caller ID log, press the MENU button on your Digital remote, use the ARROW button until the Caller ID is highlighted, press OK. The log displays a list of the last 100 calls received. (See below).

Deleting a Call from the List

To delete an item from the log, scroll down the list using the ARROW keys on the remote, press OK while a listing is highlighted, then follow directions on the screen as to what you would like to do with the listing.
