E-mail Programs

Most people choose an e-mail program based on personal preference or a corporate mandate. The most popular e-mail programs used today are: Outlook, Outlook Express, Netscape, Thunderbird, Eudora, and Pegasus. Most are available on PC and Mac operating systems.

If you would rather not worry about a specific e-mail program, you can use web-based mail programs. D&E Jazzd uses a program called Webmail. Go here for support on Webmail.

Anti-SPAM Support

D&E Jazzd recently implemented Brightmail Anti-SPAM and Virus Protection for all e-mail addresses. This section has the options available with the anti-spam feature, how to change them, and how to notify Brightmail of missed SPAM or of false positives (messages filtered that a customer thinks should not be filtered). E-Mail Address Manager

Use the E-Mail Manager in the member's account management section to establish additional e-mail addresses for your account. You may also change e-mail address passwords and SPAM settings here.
