I'm Having Problems With The Wiring Inside My Location

You are responsible for the telephones, wiring, and jacks inside your home or office and any outside wiring leading from your home or office to the Network Interface Device (NID).

You are also responsible for any wiring between buildings on your property. You may make repairs yourself, have someone else make them, or have D&E make the repairs for a service charge. You may also subscribe to one of D&E’s maintenance plans for a small monthly fee. D&E does not repair residential customer-owned telephones.
