Problems With One Channel Or Multiple Channels Not Working

If you are experiencing issues with one or multiple channels not working, first try rebooting your DCT box. In order to reboot your DCT box you will have to press and hold the power button for 5 seconds and then release it, this can take up to 5 minuets to reboot fully.

If there is still no service at that point, please try plugging your coaxial cable directly into the wall jack bypassing the DCT all together.
