Unable to surf
If a Router is present try plugging the computer directly into the DSL modem to isolate the issue. If Internet is still unreachable verify that the computer’s Ethernet Card is enabled and running properly in the Device Manager. If the Ethernet Card is working properly and connected there may be a software or operating system issue. To test this, open the Command Prompt (Start\ Run\ cmd) and type “ping www.dejazzd.com”. If you receive four reply messages your Internet connection is working and there is a software issue on the computer. If you receive no replies D&E tech support must be contacted.
