  1. In the Username field enter your My Assistance Login name you created when creating your account
  2. In the Password field enter the password you created when setting up your account.
    Note: Passwords are case sensitive and must be six digits or more

Did you forget your Password?

  1. In the Username field type in your My Assistance Login name you created when creating your account. Your Password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address that was selected when creating your account.
