Requests for Duplicate Copies of Monthly Statement
Customers may request a duplicate copy of their monthly telephone bill.
There is no charge for a duplicate copy of the current month’s billing statement. Requests for copies of any billing statements other than current will be billed at our current tariffed rates. Copies of billing statements are only available to the account holder and will be mailed to the name and address on the bill.
