Unable to send receive e-mail

Also firewalls and the e-mail scanning features of some Anti-virus and Internet Security programs have been know to cause issues with e-mail clients. These should be checked and temporarily disabled to test properly. If your e-mails stop coming in while receiving or you receive several copies of the same e-mail your inbox may contain an abnormally large or corrupt e-mail.
