Slow Connection

There are a number of factors that influence speed, the amount of congestion on the Internet itself, the speed of the web sites or servers that you connect to on the Internet, including the condition of your telephone line and the wiring inside your location. 

For all these reasons, the actual connection and throughput speeds of the service will vary.  Therefore, D&E cannot guarantee speed and uninterrupted use of the service.  Internet service is provisioned up to 256 Kbps, 1.5 Mbps or 5.0 Mbps based on D&E line qualification requirements and package selected.  You can run an Internet Download/Upload Speed Test from http://speedtest.dejazzd.com/.

Your PC may not be performing up to its standards due to other related factors.  To help regain performance, we suggest following the steps outlined below at least once a month to keep your PC running smoothly.
