* CAP does not cover repair of customer-owned telephones or equipment, high-speed data or video services. CAP does not cover repairs caused by improper installation and wiring not in conformance with PUC or FCC regulations or use of non-standard telephone wire or any wire not intended for telephone service. CAP does not cover repairs necessitated by willful damage, vandalism, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or acts of nature. CAP is effective 30 days after customer enrolls unless ordered at the time new dial-tone service is established, at which time there is no waiting period.
