Reaching Wrong Party

If you reach a number that differs from the number you had called and your Long Distance or Regional Toll Call provider is D&E Communications, please provide us with the following information:

If you are not sure which Long Distance or Regional Toll Call Provider is on your line, check your D&E Communications phone bill for this information, or

A recording will give the name of the provider.

If your Long Distance or Regional Toll Provider is not D&E Communications, you should contact that provider to report the problem.  The trouble- reporting number for the provider should be on a separate bill from that provider, in most cases.
