Secure View/Pay Bill

  1. In the User Id field enter your User Id name you entered when creating your account. It is a minimum of 6 characters. We had suggested using your email address as your User Id but you may have selected something else.
  2. In the Password field enter the password you created when setting up your User Id.
    Note: Passwords are case sensitive and must contain 1 number and one upper case letter. It cannot contain any special characters. It is a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 15 characters.
  3. Once you login to the Secure View/Pay Bill site, you can add your billing account(s). In order to verify that the account belongs to you, a PIN will be sent in the mail to your "billing address of record". Once you receive the PIN in the mail, go back to the Secure View/Pay Bill site and enter the account number along with the PIN. You only need to do this once.
    The PIN is sent to the Billing Address of record to prevent fraudulent access to your call detail records, which are on your bill. The FCC requires all telephone companies to guard your confidential information and D&E is committed to following this ruling.

Did you forget your Password?

  1. In the Login screen field select the Forget Your Password link. The system will prompt you to enter your User Id and a security code visible on the screen. Once that is completed you will then be asked to answer one of your security questions you set up when you created your User Id. After that is successfully answered the system will email you a new password. You can then log in and enter the new password. Once you are in the system you can reset your password to something that makes sense to you.
